ETHICAL PRINCIPLES AND RULES OF THE SUPPLY CHAIN

SUPPLIER PRINCIPLES

We expect our suppliers to respect human rights and act in accordance with the principles stated below. 

1.1. Compliance with Laws, Regulations

Our suppliers must act in accordance with local, national and international laws in all processes of their goods and services, such as commercial, logistics, production, financial affairs and human resources.

1.2. Freedom of Association and Collective Content

Our suppliers must respect the rights of employees to join or not to join a union, to form a union, and to act in accordance with all local and national laws, such as freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.

1.3. Forced Labor and Prevention of Abuse 

Our suppliers must prohibit all forms of forced labor, including captivity, military employment, slavery or human trafficking, and must comply with local, national and international laws, navigation and legislation regarding forced labor and abuse of workers.

1.4. No Child Labor

Our suppliers must comply with all local, national and international laws, regulations and legislation regarding the avoidance of child labor. 

1.5. Anti-Discrimination

Our suppliers must strictly prevent discrimination, verbal or physical harassment in all workplaces. They should prevent discrimination in recruitment, placement, working, training, wage management and promotions, and establish processes based on talent, performance and experience criteria. They must comply with local, national and international laws, regulations and legislation on discrimination and harassment.

1.6. Employee Safety and Health

Our suppliers must provide all their employees with a safe and healthy working environment. In addition to physical precautions and practices, they should internalize worker training and occupational safety audits and occupational safety and health practices. They must comply with all local, national and international laws, regulations and legislation regarding safety and health.

1.7. Working Hours & Fees Our suppliers must act in full compliance with laws, regulations and legislations regarding wages, working hours, overtime and fringe benefits. They should provide employees with a working environment and training where they can develop their knowledge, skills and capacities. 1.8. 1.11. Relevance 

The suppliers of Cem Ofset Matbaacılık San AS, when requested, must be able to prove that they act in accordancr with the Supplier Principles. 

2.SUPPLIER RULES

We expect full compliance with the Supplier Rules from our suppliers. Except for the Supplier Rules, which contain general terms applicable to all suppliers, supplier contracts may contain more specific provisions.

2.1. Security

Cem Ofset Matbaacılık San. A.Ş is required to safely store / protect their information as a valuable asset. This information is provided by Cem Ofset Matbaacılık San. 2.2. Bribery

Our suppliers must not offer gifts, monetary benefits or invitations to government officials, other representatives of government agencies that could compromise their impartiality or violate existing laws. 2.3. Gifts & Meals
