CEM OFSET HUMAN RESOURCES PROCESS AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS;
Strong qualities of the employees are detected as well as the qualities that needs to be improved, by means of capability and psychological inventories and then, the relevant training is started to be planned. As a result of these inventories, detailed reports are shared with our employees and thus an inter-company transparency is achieved as well as enabling those people to evaluate themselves.

CEM OFSET EMPLOYMENT PROCESS;
We interview with the people who apply over the search portal. Our interviews are consisted of 2 phases. And the decision is made within 2 weeks at latest and the candidate is informed about the positive/negative response. 

1. Competency based interview
2. Technical interview on the position, with the department manager
